At Tech Career Expert, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality career coaching services. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a client may inquire about a refund.

To be transparent, our refund policy can be viewed below:

Refunds will only be offered to clients who have not yet begun the service that they purchased. For example, a client purchases a career coaching service and receives an offer of employment the following day before beginning the service. In this scenario, because the client has not yet begun the service we would offer them a refund.

Once payment has been made, your order has been processed, and the service has been initiated, no refunds will be granted. All sales in this instance are final. You may pause the service if required. The refund policy can be found on your receipt and is detailed throughout the client agreement form that you will sign. All prospective clients are made aware of our refund policy in advance.

Please note that this refund policy applies to all potential clients of Tech Career Expert including individual clients, corporate clients, and group clients. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or sessions, unless they are due to extenuating circumstances beyond your control.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
